Light year

Chiaki Sano is a singer-songwriter from Shizuoka. While participating in the work of the band ‘Konchu Kids’ and working in her own band ‘Shiro’, she has released home recording’s works on CD-R. The Achievement of the early time of her activity was packaged in the 1st album ‘ Okuno no owari shugo gakkyokushu’ while being wrapped in white noise. It seems that there were casual scenes that you pass by in your daily life, but the subtle scenery that existed and her own feelings were engraved.

She seems to be trying to imagine a distant story with the delicate feeling of taking the atmosphere around her in this 2nd album “Konen” released for the first time in 6 years. A supple and beautiful rock album completed by joining of friends around her.

佐野千明は静岡出身のシンガーソングライター。バンド「昆虫キッズ」の作品に参加したり、自身のバンド「白」などで活動しながら、いくつかの宅録作品をCD-Rでリリースしてきました。活動初期の成果はホワイトノイズに包まれたまま1stアルバム『屋上の終集合曲集』にパッケージングされています。そこには日々の暮らしの中で何気なく通り過ぎていってしまう、でも確かに存在していたさりげない風景や、自身の感情が刻まれているようです。

6年ぶりにリリースされた2ndアルバム『光年』で、佐野千明は身の回りの空気を切り取る繊細な感覚はそのまま、さらに遠くの物語を想像することにも挑戦しているようです。彼女の周りの人々も参加することで完成した、しなやかで美しいロックアルバムです。

「光年」について

2015年までのCD-R作品に収録した曲や、2013年頃制作した「you made no distance」(依頼人のみに宛てたもので未発表)からの数曲を含む全12曲。 魚座(北九州)、本日休演(京都)にバンド演奏を、佐藤拓朗(本日休演)にドラムを、heron(三重)、自分の家族(静岡)にコーラスをやってもらった曲など、今までの佐野千明の宅録作品にはなかった空気が生まれたアルバム。何光年もの距離の先にあってたまにふと思い出されるような風景や記憶の歌たちです。(佐野千明)

佐野千明

静岡県出身、京都在住。2009年頃から宅録・ライブ活動を開始。バンドをやったりバンドに参加したりしながらソロ活動を続けてきた。

2013年4月に1st album『屋上の終集合曲集』をMY BEST! RECORDSからリリース。

その後(～2015年)CD-R音源3作品を制作。2019年8月に6年ぶりのアルバム『光年』を自主レーベルKOUNEN RECORDSより発売。
