songs for a train crossing

"songs for a railroad crossing" was made to accompany the poetry and photography of a dear friend's project titled "sento ga nai" (銭湯がない).

The project focuses on loss, both of place and of love. The music was intended to capture what I felt while experiencing such work.

It is a long piece, but it evolves and changes, returning again.

All music was arranged by birdfeeders in Richmond, Vermont, USA.
