This work is Mahito The People's 4th album, which was released in just two months from the previous 3rd album "Fukanzen na Kemono (Incomplete Beast)". Includes "When the sea was still blue" featuring Chinza Dopeness and an acoustic version of his band, GEZAN's popular song “Taimu". Continuing from the previous work, guests such as Saho Terao and Carlos are adding color to the song.

本作は、前作3rdアルバム『不完全なけもの』からわずか2ヶ月のスパンでリリースされた、マヒトゥ・ザ・ピーポーの4thアルバムとなります。鎮座DOPENESSをフィーチャリングした「まだあの海が青かったころ」や、GEZANの人気曲「待夢」のアコースティックバージョンなどを収録。前作に続き、寺尾紗穂、カルロスらのゲスト陣が楽曲に彩りを加えています。
