Peter Folk is formed by Kabaya(ex-Chaotic Girl Syndrome ) and Curly(ex-Curlys).
They've been trying out acoustic formations, electric formations, karaoke, and anything else they want to experience, with occasional breaks in between.
“YAKIMOKI” is their 1st full album. It is a fine work that continues the lineage of acoustic music, which is so-called "poka poka" or "poko poko" sound.It has funny and cynical lyrics, the sound you'd like to hum.These songs are littered with a bit of ideas that subvert the seriousness of your everyday life and they'll make your facial muscles relaxed.That's all folks!

ピーターフォークは、カバヤ氏(元カオティックガールシンドローム)と、カーリー(元カーリーズ)の2人からなるユニット。
アコースティック編成やカラオケなど2人で試したいことを試して、そして時々休憩しながら続けてる。
今作はデュオ初のフルアルバム。ぽかぽか系ともポコポコ系とも称されるアコースティック音楽の系譜を引き継ぐ佳作となっている。
おどけたシニカルな詞、口ずさみたくなるサウンド。その楽曲群は、シリアスな日常を倒錯させるちょっとしたアイデアが散りばめられ、聞くひとの表情筋に緩みをもたらすはず。 That's all folks!
